The Manager, SEC Reporting is responsible for managing the financial reporting for 10Q and 10K in compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting standards and providing analysis and information for effective management reporting.  The Manager, SEC Reporting is also responsible for performing aspects of the monthly, quarterly and yearly close process and conducting research on various technical matters that could impact the Company’s financial statements, and will report directly to the Corporate Controller.
·         Prepare and process the SEC reports
·         Coordinate with the Finance team and Corporate Controller to provide timely reporting to internal and external auditors, and management
·         Prepare and process XBRL filings and serve as a resource on XBRL tagging and reviewing
·         Provide requisite schedules and assist with reports for quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors and for press releases relating to quarterly and annual earnings
·         Provide technical accounting guidance and SEC reporting guidance regarding ongoing matters and draft technical memos to support conclusions reached
·         Work directly with the Corporate Controller on matters addressing auditors’ and SEC Counsel’s concerns on external reporting and interpretation of accounting guidance
·         Review new accounting pronouncements and evaluate applicability to the Company
·         Assists in the preparation of various corporate and consolidated processes including purchase price allocations, annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment analysis
·         Other duties as assigned
·         Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related fields
·         Minimum of ten years’ SEC Reporting experience (10-K/10-Q) with strong US GAAP knowledge and experience
·         Ability and willingness to travel as needed
·         Active CPA status
·         Masters’ of Business Administration degree, a plus
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external constituencies
·         Ability to clearly present recommendations/ideas and to summarize complex issues
·         Ability to appropriately handle confidential material
·         Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
