NN, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Forecast Analyst to join our fast-growing Life Sciences Group!  This role will be based out of Pierceton, Indiana and report directly to the Sr. Manager, Sales & Operations Planning.
The Sr. Forecast Analyst is responsible for facilitating monthly forecast reviews to gain organizational consensus of all forecast inputs from Customers, Strategic Account Managers, Advanced Manufacturing Group and Manufacturing Sites.   This individual must have a high business aptitude and an ability to apply valid business assumptions to the detailed forecast.  In addition, the Sr. Forecast Analyst must have superb attention to detail, while at the same time using aggregate levels of data to help internal customers make fact based, data driven decisions.  The Analyst will give feedback and work with various customers of the forecast, advising on ways to maintain demand & supply balance.  This role must focus on driving improvement in key performance metrics across the S&OP process.
  • Collaboration Leader: The Analyst will lead monthly collaborative meetings to create the forecast, in full business partnership with Strategic Account Managers impacting the C&T and I&I sites in Pierceton, IN.    
  • Data Driven: The Analyst will consolidate each month various forecast inputs, creating ways to use data to help our internal and external customers make the best decisions through the S&OP process. 
  • Researcher: The Analyst will use data and metrics to ask the right questions at the right time that drive better results.  They are intellectually curious and desire to invest time understanding our business.        
  • Challenger: The Analyst will use data to drive decisions and drive to get the best forecast inputs possible, at times facilitating compromises when gaps are recognized between functions. 
  • Bachelors Degree.  Educational background in supply chain, finance or business, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
  • CPIM/CRM or CPF optimal.

  • Experience in forecasting and business analytics.  
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning system.
  • Experience in a complex, high SKU environment.
  • Demonstrated dynamic communication and business partnering skills.
  • MS Office Skills required, Tableau experience optimal.
  • High performing contributor with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to drive organizational, cross functional alignment with facts and data.
  • Internal Customer Service Orientation.

  • Intimate knowledge of the orthopedic industry and sales cycle.
