NN, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to join our team!  This position is an integral part of strategically supporting the Life Sciences Executive Vice President (EVP) and Group Leadership Team.  This is an exciting time of growth and change for the Life Sciences Group, and we are looking for a self-starter who will be driven by a passion to help us make a significant impact on our business operations and enhance value for our customers and stakeholders.  The Executive Assistant reports directly to the EVP and will be located at our brand-new Charlotte, NC headquarters.

Essential Duties
  • Act as liaison and first point of contact between both internal and external stakeholders and the EVP.
  • Complete a variety of executive administrative tasks for the EVP including: managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents and presentations for meetings.
  • Work closely and effectively with the EVP to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, including appropriate follow-up.
  • Set up, coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global dial-in and web meetings. Manage the EVP’s calendar and schedule meetings with and for the Group Leadership Team. Responsible for proactively reminding EVP of upcoming meeting dates to include time and location. Plan offsite events and trainings for the Group Leadership Team and others as needed, including meeting rooms, accommodations, catering and billing.
  • Assist in coordinating the agenda of and preparing/posting materials for all meetings.
  • Responsible for making travel arrangements including: booking flights, hotel reservations, registration for meetings and seminars, and car rentals for the Group Leadership Team.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handles all matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and documents (MS - PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with little or no direction.
Education and Experience
• Associates Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office application
• Proficient in multi-line telephonic systems
