The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for attracting, recruiting and retaining talent that drives the Company’s culture and its achievement of organizational goals. He/she is responsible for identifying and screening candidates that meet the organization’s needs, as well as participating in and facilitating interviewing and hiring processes across multiple levels of the organization. The Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness.

  • Partners with functional and operational leadership to identify characteristics of talent needed for corporate and segment roles, particularly in finance and engineering disciplines
  • Identifies, attracts, and recommends candidates utilizing a variety of sources • Proactively builds a network of passive, diverse and nontraditional candidates in key disciplines and geographies that align with the goals and growth objectives of the organization
  • Works closely with management and candidates to provide a professional, responsive and engaging interview/hiring process

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
  • Minimum of five years in a corporate recruiting role, focused on recruitment at all levels (staff to senior leadership positions)
  • Knowledge of various functions (operations, finance/accounting, sales, engineering, IT, etc.) and the specific challenges of filling positions within each
  • Thorough understanding of principles and practices of human resource administration, including laws and regulations relevant to recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
  • PHR, SPHR or GPHR designation (or similar certification)

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising professionalism, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential material
  • Proven ability to form strategic partnerships with senior business executives and develop/influence stakeholders in the building of a high-performance leadership culture
  • Excellent drive for results
