Site Analyst

Charlotte, NC
The Site Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support of one or more manufacturing sites.  Often the only fulltime IT employee at these sites, the incumbent is responsible for both hardware and application support, following specific processes developed and published by the IT functional teams. The Site Analyst reports to the appropriate Business Group IT leader.
  • First-level hardware and application support
    • Basic troubleshooting
    • Minor hardware repairs or configuration
    • Standard software installation and support
    • New user setup and onboarding
    • Helpdesk ticket assignment and resolution
  • Gather and relay information for second-level application support team
  • Coordination of pre-negotiated third-party hardware support
  • Train end-users on the use of applications and hardware
  • Assist in data acquisition and analysis
  • Document requirements for new/updated functionality or equipment
  • Manage simple projects (more complex with mentor)
  • Maintain a local inventory of IT-related equipment and software
  • Provision and manage cell phones
  • Manage SOX reporting and compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • End-user hardware support, including PC configuration and trouble-shooting
  • Active Directory management experience
  • Practical experience supporting internal customers
  • Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with Windows client OS support
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • SharePoint management experience
  • Windows Server experience
  • O365 management experience
  • Cybersecurity experience
  • Network management experience
  • Must be team oriented and have excellent collaboration skills
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and manage relationships with suppliers and internal customers
  • Able to clearly present ideas and proposals in written and oral form
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Works effectively with peers and customers across multiple disciplines, locations, and levels
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
